Benefit-20 is a human milk-based infant nutrition product specifically formulated to meet 20 kcal / oz. All Medolac Benefit products meet recommendations for commercially sterile replacement feeding in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
Hospitals use Benefit-20 for term infant replacement feeds, and as a base for fortification.
Benefit products are homogenized, which may lead to improved weight gain in very low birth weight infants according to published data.

Medolac Benefit-20 donor milk is shelf-stable, and can be stored at room temperature. Benefit products are heat processed to be commercially sterile and will remain commercially sterile until the package is opened. Refrigerate for up to 7 days after opening.
